Now you frantically call police,who when hearing your complaint, look at you like you lost your mind. What are you doing counting wads of cash in a high crime area like this. What did you expect? Same is with women dressing in short skirts or cut out tops. If you got raped when you dress immodest,its your fault. That’s why in areas like the village or upper west side, the rape rate is high.
